When will I receive my order?
First, thank you for supporting us.
Please allow 5-7 business days before your order is ready to be shipped. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number on it. That confirmation email and all correspondence from us will go through the email that you used when you ordered. Please check that email’s inbox and spam folder.
Can you change my order before it has shipped?
We do not have the ability to change your order after it is placed. However, you can cancel your order before it has been shipped and place a new order.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We will gladly refund an unworn pair of KINBES with it’s original moccasin packaging within 30 days of purchase date. If you would like to schedule a return email us at email@example.com Your refund will be issued in the original payment method. We are only able to accept returns or exchanges on items purchased directly through our site.
We will gladly exchange an unworn pair of KINBES in it’s original packaging within 45 days of purchase date. If you would like to schedule an exchange email firstname.lastname@example.org and include your order number.
The address that we ship to is your SHIPPING ADDRESS. The customer is responsible for ensuring we have the correct address prior to shipping. We always ship to the shipping address supplied at the time of checkout and are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address. Please make sure your color selection, size, and address are correct before you purchase. Once orders are placed we are unable to change them. Our distribution center will process and ship your order within 5-7 business days of placement.
